Radiology Services Online (RSO) respects the privacy of every individual and
entity who visits the RSO web site or responds to RSO advertisements (whether
online or print advertisements from which RSO gathers information and electronically
transfers the information via RSO's website) or e-mail campaigns. This Privacy Policy
(Privacy Policy) outlines the type of information RSO typically collects from the RSO
website(s), online advertisements at other web sites and e-mail campaigns, and how
RSO may use that information. This Policy will also instruct you on what to do if you
do not want to share personal information with RSO. RSO may update this Policy from
time to time, so please check it occasionally.

RSO (or a fulfillment house or other third-party on our behalf with whom RSO share such

in this Policy, RSO does not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to
third parties unless RSO has your express consent.
3. Some Non-Personal Information Is Collected Automatically:
RSO may automatically collect certain non-personal information when you connect to
one of our web sites. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet
browser used, the type of computer operating system used, the connection speed used and
the domain name from the web site from which you linked to our site or advertisement.
When you view one of our web sites, RSO may store some information on your computer.

third parties unless RSO has your express consent. You should be aware that our principal
business involves medical record storage and provision of the same to hospitals, doctors and
other medical personnel or organizations who have received permission to see such medical records.
Our provision of such medical records and related information is audited by IBM, is fully HIPAA
compliant (HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act which assures your
medical information remains private). In addition, on our medical record accessibility systems we
require dual logins thereby assuring the highest security for your medical information.
4. How to Request Deletion of Previously Provided Information:
If you have submitted personal information to RSO and would like that information deleted from
our records, please send an e-mail to us at unsubscribe@RSO.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the
subject line of your message. Upon your request, you will not receive any further communication
from us, and RSO will delete your personal information from our existing files. Please note that
removing your e-mail address from our mailing list may take up to ten days, so you may receive
additional messages from RSO for a short period. Should you receive any messages from RSO following
your removal request, please rest assured we are working on your request and no further action
is required on your part. In the event that a user unsubscribes from our database, RSO will retain
a record of any personal information and the unsubscribe action for our internal records as evidence
of the action and our compliance with this Policy.
5. Intention of Responsible Stewardship of Information:
It is our intention to be a responsible steward of the information that we hold in all respects.
RSO only processes personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and/or the
supplementary privacy notices for specific services. You should check our policies from time to time
for changes to this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notices / Policies provided from time to time for our specific services.
In addition to the above, such purposes include:
- Providing information about our services, including the display of customized content and advertising;
- Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;
- Ensuring the technical functioning of our network;

complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory
authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the
transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between RSO and an individual or entity.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not
reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we
expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Privacy Policy
